Happy Valentines Day from STRANGITIES.com! Last year I gave you creepy digital valentines to share and the response was tremendous. This year I wanted to do something extra special as a way to say ‘thank you’ to the fans who continue to read and support the things myself, Blue Stahli, and others create. So I asked around my cadre of creatives and put together “Strange Love” a special Valentines Day collection to show my appreciation. Find out what’s in it below, or skip to the bottom of the page for the download link.

STR_Valentines2013Cover “Strange Love – A STRANGITIES Collection” – A handpicked collection of 10 stories which have appeared here previously on STRANGITIES.com. Many of these stories are no longer available to read for free on the site. I’ve included it in both ePub and Mobi file formats in hopes you’ll own a device that can handle one or the other. (You can also read it on your computer with Stanza.)

bluestahliiconBlue Stahli – “Ghost of Love” – Appearing courtesy of FiXT Music, Bret recorded this cover of David Lynch’s ‘Ghost of Love’ EXCLUSIVELY for the ‘Strange Love’ collection. While Bret is typically recognized for his violent cross-manipulation of electronic music, with ‘Ghost of Love’ he demonstrates the breadth of his abilities with a sparse, moody rendition.

ASmallPushOverTheEdge-1A Small Push Over The Edge – “Three Piece Orchestra” – Minimal and atmospheric, A Small Push Over The Edge is designed to be an unobtrusive soundtrack to create to. Much like STRANGITIES.com, A Small Push Over The Edge is releasing one new track each month.

trucTruc – “Starfish” – Crafting his own unique flavor of electronica, Truc hails from Rocklin, California. Many of Truc’s tracks are free to download, and ‘Starfish’ is one of his best.
